Foxcroft Homeowners Association
        WELCOME
Welcome to the debut of the new FHOA website. The purpose of the Foxcroft Homeowners Association web site will be to promote the general welfare of the Foxcroft community by identifying and addressing quality of life issues and matters of concern to our members. Additionally, our goal of this site is to help inform association members of ongoing events that affect our neighborhood, FHO association news and other neighborhood organizations and their activities. We sincerely believe that Foxcroft is the most unique and beautiful community in Charlotte, and we are dedicated to the preservation and improvement of the quality of life for our Foxcroft residents.
If you have any suggestions for things you would like to see added to this site, please send an e-mail to our president. Please keep in mind that there is strength in numbers. Please promote membership within our community -- annual dues are $15.
Lastly, this site will be updated frequently with information pertaining to the Foxcroft neighborhood and surrounding areas. We hope you like what you see and find this site very easy to navigate.
        WHATS NEW
Susan Phelps Memorial Garden:
A collaborative effort between Foxcroft Homeowners Association (FHOA) and Foxcroft Swim and Racquet Club (FSRC) has resulted in significant movement toward the completion of the Susan Phelps' memorial garden. Recent additions of five (5) concrete pads will allow the placement of permanent wooden benches honoring Susan's work and vision at the pool and within this neighborhood. Additionally, in the fall a permanent garden with annual and perennial plantings will be developed in front of the tennis courts.

Foxcroft Neighborhood Community Water Fountains:
Another collaboration between the two boards will be the addition of a permanent water fountain on the grounds of the tennis courts. I hope this will be the first of many fountains in the Foxcroft neighborhood. The FHOA will pay for cost of fountain, installation and future maintenance. The fountains are designed to create a greater sense of community and fellowship. I hope those of you who live in the walking and jogging routes of our neighborhood will consider this idea and contact one of your association board members for details.
